This is a rare opportunity for a Tax Director to work for an ultra high net worth family who has offices worldwide. You will be joining a team of dedicated and highly educated professionals who enjoy working in this challenging and dynamic environment. Due to continued development and growth this attractive position has become available.

Responsibilities will include:

• Overall responsibility for UK tax affairs with emphasis on individual, partnership, trust and corporate tax issues.
• Being pro-active about tax planning and structuring issues both in the UK and internationally.
• Coordinating the worldwide tax positions of the individual family members, their investment trusts and their other entrepreneurial activities.
• Preparing the individuals trusts, LLP’s and corporate tax returns and devising strategies to ensure the compliance process is undertaken efficiently

The ideal candidate will have high quality tax experience and probably be an experienced senior manager from a Big 4/ Top 20 firm of accountants looking for a promotion to a director position. The individual is likely to have considerable experience of dealing with private client issues both in the UK and offshore. CTA/ ACA is desirable although they will consider candidates qualified by experience.
