Tax manager specializing in Canadian Corporate Tax
This client offers a full range of tax and succession planning services for high net worth individuals, corporate reorganizations, international tax, U.S. tax, Indirect tax and International Assignment Solutions (expatriate tax).
You will be involved in : -
- Review tax provisions, corporate and personal tax returns;
- Provide technical expertise to clients;
- Advise companies on the tax implications of their Canadian operations to obtain an optimal tax minimization strategy;
- Assume a high degree of responsibility within the firm and be the main client service contact for your clients;
- Participate in proposals for prospective clients and other business development initiatives; and
- Supervise and mentor junior staff.

Tax Manager Profile:
-CA or other accounting designation and has completed the CICA In-depth Tax Course;
- Strong technical tax background as a result of a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate tax research, consulting and compliance in a professional services firm;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple assignments;
- Strong analytical capability, sound business sense and creative mind that have earned you a reputation of providing excellence in client service;
- Powerful motivator and effective coach to those who work with you; and
- Skilled at managing existing clients and seeks opportunities to take on business development activities.
