You will be a member of the in-house tax team which plays an invaluable role in assisting the product origination team in getting investments to market. You will be accountable for initiating and maintaining HMRC correspondence in relation to complex investment structures.

The ideal candidate would have preferred experience with the following:-
- Personal or Corporate Tax returns
- HMRC Correspondence

- Desire to swap timesheet driven environment of a major accounting firm - or compliance work of an in-house tax department
Useful but not required Experience:
- Personal taxation advice

Responsibilities
- Corresponding with HMRC and ensuring that accurate information is provided on a timely basis.
- Ad hoc investor / client correspondence in relation to ongoing investments made
- The successful candidate will help to manage and oversee the maintenance of documentation in respect of all structured finance deals undertaken by the group with a view to preparing submission packs to support the relevant tax returns.
- The candidate will also be accountable for liaison with the Partnership Accountant and Investor Relations team in order to provide information and updates to Investors and their advisors on both a scheduled and ad hoc basis.
- Input into general group tax issues may also be sought.
- Additional tasks as required in a fluid organisation.
