This leading independent power company is currently seeking an exceptional tax manager to join this friendly team. You will work on some of the most interesting and challenging tax work in the industry. The organisation has operations across the globe and has almost doubled its business within the past 5 years, making this a highly acquisitive organisation and a true leader in its field.

This role has come about due to organic growth and acquisitions and our client is looking to further bolster their already impressive tax department. You will work on all international tax matters, working closely with the senior members of the team, where you will implement new tax planning opportunities across the complex group structure.

Aspects of the role will include CFC planning & compliance; documenting and implementing Transfer Pricing policy; DTR relief and other ad-hoc projects. You will need to be technically strong as well as commercially minded.

Our clients need professionally qualified candidates up to CTA/ACA standard who have a proven track record of working in technically demanding roles, preferably with the Big 4 or other large organisation. You must come from an international tax background and have a solid understanding of TP and CFC issues.
