Based in London, our client seeks a Tax Manager whose experience lies in CFC reporting, to join them on a 15 months contract. This job will suit someone who has experience in CFC reporting or who has international tax and transfer pricing experience.
Role:
- Managing the whole CFC reporting will involve working on 200 companies globally and covering all aspects of reporting including exempt activity.
- The role is evenly split between compliance (data gathering for filing returns) and planning/analysis work.
- There will be a small proportion of the role working on UK compliance.
- Liaising with senior employees of the company on a global level is key to this role.
Skills Required:
- Qualified ACA, CTA or the equivalent with post-qualified experience, preferably from an in-house background.
- CFC experience is essential.
- International tax and/or transfer pricing experience is an advantage.
- This is a challenging role on a technical skill set level, and requires the confidence to be able to work independently, taking sole charge of the CFC reporting process.
- Good communication skills are key so as to be able to liaise with the Finance Directors and Financial Controllers in other countries for information gathering.
