An opportunity to join the growing Tax Management Services (TMS) practice of a Big 4 firm based in Zurich, whilst also working with equivalent practices across Europe. The TMS practice assists clients to develop and model tax strategies, improve in-house processes and manage tax risk effectively. As a Manager you will add value through advising clients in proactive tax planning and risk mitigation strategies. Your role is to balance complex accounts, lead by example and train junior team members. You will have the opportunity to take your leadership skills to the next level by leading multidisciplinary teams. Your work might also involve longer term assignments based at client sites, enabling you to gain first hand experience of how different multinational corporations deal with tax accounting, tax reporting and tax risk management.
Ideally you will have at least 3 years' experience in a Big 4 firm or corporate in accounting or audit together with tax exposure. Fluency in English is essential, German and/ or French an added bonus.
