This is an outstanding role for a Personal Tax/Private client Consultant or Manager to join this venture capital business and utilise your tax knowledge without the burden of time sheets and billings. The essence of the role is to assist in the structure of tax products for private investors and to take this to the existing client base. Much of the work comes via referrals or clients requesting bespoke tax structures.
The role has an excellent blend of using your technical knowledge with a high degree of client handling and business development. The firm prides itself on offering a 'non-salesy' approach and hence most work comes via referrals or warm calling.
The role would suit an individual who has 2-4 years personal tax experience has perhaps passed the ATT/CTA or ACA and who has a good outward personality. The right character fit for the firm and clients is as important as your technical knowledge. The firm is massively entrepreneurial and as such they look for like minded staff who can bring flair, enthusiasm and drive to the business.
In return you can expect a salary of up to £50,000 with a bonus of 40-90% depending on individual and group performance.
