The role will be Personal Tax biased, although there is very real progression within the firm, so a varied knowledge of taxes is useful.
The most important feature you will have is the ambition to progress your career and work towards becoming a Partner within a local and well established practice.
Ideally you will be ACA, ACCA, qualified and although the CTA is not a pre-requisite for the role, it would be welcomed.
