As is the case with their recruitment, they are looking for an initial period of 6 months in which to allow the candidate to excel before making them permanent. The role will be purely compliance based and as such will need a candidate with pure corporate tax compliance background from within a Top tier firm. The role, in the commercial sector will only look at candidate with a history of dealing with large companies corporate tax cycle.
No other companies will look to pay as much as my client for recently qualified ACA candidates. This is a company that are in a very strong position and would be an ideal time to move into an company that offers progression and excellent remuneration.
