Ideally possessing the CTA and with a strong a strong working knowledge of UK employer/employee taxation issues, your work will involve providing advice and consulting services to clients on all aspects of employee cost and risk management. For example, you will help organisations to:
- ensure they are compliant with employment tax/NIC legislation
- have the right policies and processes in place to support reward strategies
- report employee benefits accurately and manage employee expenses effectively
