The transaction tax team for this leading Top10 practice has a national team of tax partners and managers specialising in providing tax advice to clients that require integrated corporate finance services. The team is based across five centres and spend the majority of their time advising clients on transactions and post transaction wealth planning.
As with all transactional work the role is project based and you can expect to be involved on similar projects;
Structuring advice for lead advisory projects
Transaction support work including coordination of international due diligence and vendor due diligence work
Capital Markets advisory work together with reporting accountants services
Direct sales of tax advisory services to the private equity sector in particular advising VC houses on the tax aspects of their acquisitions and sales
Advice to management teams
With direct transactional tax experience the role will offer you the opportunity to apply skills that you've developed within larger practice whilst give you more of a hands on application and if you approaching from a smaller environment the role will help consolidate gained experience and afford you a larger portfolio with new and challenging projects.
