It has been and continues to be one of the highest growth areas within this firm and the partners are now looking to recruit a Senior Manager to help push the strategy of the team forward.
Within PE, our clients have an M&A Tax team working exclusively on UK and International deals for PE clients working alongside our clients and our colleagues in Transaction Services to unlock the value from transactions. The size of transactions mainly range from £50m to £2bn.
This role will involve working on a range of projects and clients within Private Equity. The work includes providing corporate tax advice on transactions, in particular developing and implementing financing and acquisition structures, performing due diligence on target groups, both on the buy-side and sell-side, project management and report drafting, co-ordinating the advice provided by other overseas M&A Tax teams and by other tax skill sets in the UK. You will reporting directly to partners and directors on the progress of the projects whilst developing key client relationships.
