This Top 10 firm in London is looking to recruit a Transfer Pricing Executive.
The current transfer pricing team consists of economists and tax professionals. A wide range of clients and industries are serviced and the client base includes many large multinationals.
Due to the increasing demand for specialist international tax and transfer pricing advice we are looking for highly motivated individuals to join the team.
This role provides the opportunity to gain detailed transfer pricing experience working with interesting and active clients in a dynamic department. The group is committed to developing rapidly into a recognised leading consulting practice in the short term.
Main Responsibilities
Assisting clients to get in place appropriate documentation to support their transfer pricing policies in the UK and globally. Helping the team's senior transfer pricing members in negotiations with tax authorities where a company's transfer pricing policy is challenged and assisting in compiling a robust defence.
Assisting clients in developing an economically robust transfer pricing policy. The assignment may also involve helping to provide wider integrated tax solutions to clients as part of larger international tax projects.
Day to day duties include:
- Liaising directly with clients and other advisors/intermediaries as necessary.
- Projects, preparing budgets and writing proposals; managing projects to time and budget
- Design, run and report on client interviews and meetings
- Take an active role in marketing and promoting the firm's experience to clients and targets as well as training less experienced team members.
- Work to more senior colleagues on larger projects
- Monitor work in progress, bill on a timely basis and follow up outstanding invoices
Education and Qualifications
Be a qualified ACA, ACCA or CTA (or equivalent) or a relevant economics background together with practical transfer pricing advisory experience gained in a top 20 firm or bespoke transfer pricing specialist firm
You will need to have proven experience in transfer pricing, and be ACCA, ACA or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
