My client is one of Australasia’s largest and most experienced Transfer Pricing teams with a particular focus on Economic Analysis, Supply Chain planning, Strategic Growth planning and valuation services across the Asia-Pacific region.
Aside from its location in the Financial Hub of Australasia; Sydney - this role will have particular appeal to candidates with career aspirations that may include Partnership in a large international firm. Impending senior partner retirements have created a clear path to partnership for the right candidate. You will work with some of the regions most impressive clients in exciting locations including New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and more.
You will need to demonstrate:
• Full understanding of Transfer Pricing guidelines within a developed economy including understanding documental requirements, selection process methods and method application requirements
• Knowledge and experience in Transfer Pricing Audit.
• Advanced pricing agreement process skills
• Experience with Competent Authority and Mutual Agreement procedure in relation to compensating adjustments.
• Transfer Pricing planning expertise by way of supply chain management techniques and the movement of intangible property
• Familiarity with international tax concepts such as withholding double taxation agreements, permanent establishment concept and sourcing rules.
To be successful you will have:
• Bachelors degree or acceptable equivalent and will have a back ground that may include Tax Law, Chartered Accountancy, Valuation or Economic Consulting with a specific focus on Transfer pricing
• Highly developed people management skills including relevant experience in managing and developing individuals and teams.
• An impressive and diverse list of prior work.
