TP involves providing advice on price-setting between members of multi-national groups for the transfer of goods and services for cross-border transactions. We are excited to have an opportunity available for a Senior Consultant with 2 to 5 years experience within TP. You will: be a mature self-starter who thrives on challenge and possesses the intellectual curiosity and analytical capability to delve beyond the surface of an issue have strong verbal and written communication skills work with teams across tax specialisations (indirect tax, corporate tax, international tax etc) and geographical locations (national and international) work closely with clients across a range of industry specialisations and liaise with relevant taxation authorities undertake research and functional and financial analysis on companies and the industries in which they operate prepare analyses and reports supporting the "arm's length" nature of our clients dealings with their overseas related parties assist clients in their negotiations with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other Revenue Authorities to agree appropriate prices for their international related party transactions for the future (Advance Pricing Agreement) assist clients in negotiations with the ATO in the event of a transfer pricing audit or review receive up-to-the minute training on various transfer pricing and corporate tax issues This is a fantastic opportunity to join the largest TP practice in Australia in a dynamic and highly respected team!
