Your challenge:
You will work closely with your European colleagues on a number of Pan-European engagements, and will be a key member of the new transfer pricing group we are establishing within our Zurich office. Given Switzerland’s favoured location for principal structures, the offered position will include assessing client’s supply chains and transfer pricing issues (e.g. TP reviews, intangible property structuring, service fee concepts etc), design of intercompany legal agreements and business operating models as well as supporting the development of the Swiss Transfer Pricing Practice through targeting of new client accounts, development of packaged transfer pricing solutions and the assumption of supporting practice management responsibilities.
As a Senior Manager within the group, you will be expected to play a key role in developing marketing strategies, meeting clients/targets, winning new mandates, and managing your own projects from engagement letter preparation to final delivery and invoicing. In addition, you will be expected to develop a team of junior staff through on the job training and performance feedback.
Your profile:
- University degree in Economics or in Finance related subject;
- At least 5-6 years appropriate transfer pricing experience within consulting (Big 4) or industry as well as strong TP technical skills;
- Any transfer pricing experience with financial services clients or within the financial services industry would be welcomed;
- Relevant accounting, tax, or legal qualifications or work experience are well regarded, although not essential;
- Fluency in English is a pre-requisite for this position (all reports and economic analysis are drafted in English);
- Other language skills (e.g. German, French etc) are an advantage.
