Our client seeks a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to join its Sydney practice.

Sydney is one of the world's most recognisable cities, and is famous for its beautiful harbour, its nightlife, its beach culture and its climate.

Client Description:
Our client is a Big 4 consultancy.

In this role, you will develop and implement tax efficient cross border financing solutions, CFC structuring, group restructuring, profit repatriation strategies and advising on the tax aspects of international M&A deals for multinational corporations – across a range of industry specialisms: financial services and insurance, energy, pharmaceuticals, heavy industry and automobile, real estate and construction.

Job Description
•Negotiation with the Australian Tax Office
•APA work with clients throughout the Asia Pacific rim
•Design of tax and TP effective structures
•Build and maintain tax relationships with own clients and clients referred
•Delivery of high quality tax advice and solutions to major clients, ensuring management of risk and reputation.
•Win work by proactively managing existing clients and targets

Experience Required/Person Specification
•The successful applicant will be a Solicitor or CA/CPA/ACA/CTA qualified accountant
•Transfer pricing experience in an international consultancy or law firm would be viewed favourably
