This organization is one of the UK's leading independent firms of chartered accountants. They have a very strong and experienced UK focused practice and are recognised as a market leader in providing advice to overseas businesses looking to establish within the UK. They offer a comprehensive service from early stage set up to large scale expansion, together with a range of support services and have a blend of services, combining the experience of a large organisation with the approachability of a personal advisor. With 24 partners and over 160 staff, they are large enough to have expertise in all the major financial disciplines, but small enough to communicate effectively within the firm on client affairs.

An opportunity has arisen within the Trusts & Estates department for an assistant manager. The main duties will include the following:
•Preparation of Accounts for Trusts, Estates and Charities
•Completion of tax returns for Trusts and Estates
•Completion of tax repayment claims for Charities
•Completion of charity commission annual returns
•General administration and management of the Trusts, Estates and charities within your portfolio
•Liaising with Financial Institutions and clients
•Ensuring a good service is provided to clients at all times
•Training and helping more junior member of the team where appropriate
•Reviewing work done by more junior member of the team where appropriate

Whilst it is not essential, the ideal candidate will be STEP qualified with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Trusts. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate good delegation and negotiation skills.
