This Real Estate group is looking to hire a Tax Director to manage the UK taxes for this global organisation. This role will work closely with both the Global Tax Director as well as with the UK Financial Controller in implementing new processes and systems.

Historically this organisation has raised money through capital markets and has acquired a significant portfolio of real estate and now the market conditions have changed, the role will look at refinancing previous loan arrangements as well of disposing of assets.

You will need to have strong UK Real Estate tax compliance and reporting experience with a good understanding of US reporting including FIN48 and FAS109.
