A leading top 10 accountancy firm is seeking experienced VAT Tax Managers to join their dynamic Business Tax/ VAT department. The firm has an excellent name in the market, experienced Partners to learn from and a great potential for dedicated and talented individuals to move up the career ladder quickly.
The role will involve managing a varied client portfolio with the opportunity to get involved with high profile Financial Services clients and international work. The manager will predominantly be involved with consultive based work and manage three junior members of staff.
Successful individuals will be technically strong, have excellent VAT knowledge and be able to work with budgets for each designated job. You will be responsible for controlling work in progress on allocated jobs including billing and be required to get involved with business development with the Partners when required.
Candidates need to be of ACA calibre, have managerial experience and ideally have worked in a practice background but candidates from industry will also be considered.
