Senior Tax Manager ( FTSE-Listed Property)

This is a newly created role with a FTSE-Listed Property Business, with operations spanning all over London. This is rare opportunity to join a prestigious finance function that only hires the top talent. This role, located in the central London office, will be largely autonomous, focussing on the Group’s tax strategy and compliance.

This fast-based business deal often with quick deliverables so are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to be the succession plan to the Head of Tax.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of UK corporate tax affairs including corporate tax compliance and reporting in respect of around 100 companies.
• Advise on all direct tax matters for the business, including corporate structuring and planning, whilst the role will also off exposure to International aspects of tax such as Transfer Pricing.
• Assistance with managing relationships with the International Finance team and outsourced tax service providers (Big 4 etc.).

Requirements:

• ACA/CTA/ADIT qualified with good PQE within an industry role (sector relevant experience would be beneficial)
• Proven corporate tax experience from a strategic and compliance perspective
• Excellent relationship builder, comfortable dealing with key stakeholders and Big 4 advisors
