Indirect Tax Senior Manager (M&A) - Salary + 30% bonus

One of the newest and innovative players to join the UK market is sourcing for a Senior Manager to join it close knit & superbly high performing team.
This is an ideal role for a person looking to help a team shape and mold its tax offering in the UK, but also looking for a step up in autonomy and ownership which may be limited in your current role.
This role is for a commercially astute CTA who loves Indirect tax work but wants to be at the forefront of working some biggest M&A Tax/Restructuring/ Debt projects to hit the UK market in a decade. Your clients will be distressed in some manner (Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, Travel etc) and your focus will advising clients on the VAT implications of corporate acquisitions, mergers, disposals and carve-outs. On that basis you will work with AIM/PE and Corporate Client across and array of sectors and investments.

This role offer well above market rate on earning and bonuses of circa 30% at Senior Manager level. Bonus earning in the next grade will be double that.
