A specialist firm of tax advisers is looking for a tax trainee to join their team. In this role you will have access to both personal and professional training enabling you to learn about the basics of being a tax advisor, whether that be how to write professional letters and reports, how to interact with HMRC and manage client expectations. You will receive an all round grounding in indirect tax work from reclaims to helping advise businesses on mergers and acquisitions.
You may be a new graduate or a school leaver or someone with 1 to 2 years’ experience gained in an accounting or tax role (possibly in HMRC). This practice will support you through a relevant professional qualification such as ATT (Association of Taxation Technicians). You might already have done the AAT and be looking for the next step.

You will need the equivalent to 3 A'levels and a B or grade 7 or above at GCSE mathematics and sound written English skills.
