Unique Group Tax Opportunity – Acquisitive Insurance Company

I’m currently working with a renowned and dynamic insurance company to help them recruit a tax specialist to take on the responsibility for the management of the compliance, reporting and advisory work for their EMEA and APAC regions.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved with producing and reviewing outputs from your team of 2 direct reports. Key responsibilities will include:

•Tax Advisory and M&A - Providing support to the M&A team for due diligence work as and when required and underdoing various advisory projects.
•US and UK GAAP Reporting – including managing the quarterly and annual reports, balance sheet reconciliations and preparation of executive presentations.
•Corporate Tax Compliance - ensuring that the European tax compliance is prepared, reviewed and submitted adequately

This is a unique in-house role that will allow the successful incumbent to work across the group tax function encompassing compliance, reporting and advisory related work.
