A leading Private Equity backed group, with a phenomenal international footprint, are looking to appoint a Head of Tax. Based in the Central London Head Office, this role will be pivotal as the group enhances its existing tax capability. Leading a small team, you will lead on all areas of tax, using your international tax expertise and commercial outlook to drive the group's tax strategy. You will lead on major M&A projects, as well as Transfer Pricing, Indirect Tax and Compliance and Reporting. Whilst you will be a leader, you will also be willing to get in to the granular detail and identify risk for the group. The ideal candidate will have management experience in an in-house environment, but those who have reached an appropriate level of seniority within the Big 4 will also be considered. Salaries of circa £150,000 + bonus + benefits are on offer, and all this combines to make the opportunity one of the most compelling in the market.
