Head of International Tax and Transfer Pricing - fully remote

One of my top clients is looking to appoint a Head of International Tax and Transfer Pricing following a spin out. Based in UK, but fully remote, this role will play a key role in driving the tax strategy and agenda for the newly formed business, and will be a key part of the tax leadership team. You will lead on a host of major projects, including M&A, development of Transfer Pricing processes, tax controversy and entry to new markets. You will also have oversight of all outsourced compliance, and will be entrusted to build a small team. The role is well suited to those at Senior Manager or Director level in the Big 4, or those who are looking at their next in-house role. You should have extensive expertise in international tax, with an appetite to aid in the development of a world class tax function. Salaries over £100,000 will be considered, as well as an excellent benefits package. Interested candidates should apply immediately to avoid disappointment.
