Fast-Growth Corporate Tax Manager

Our client is a close-knit Big 4 team located in Reading looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join the Fast Growth Corporate Tax business.

The team advises private companies, owner-managed businesses (OMBs), and PE-backed business across a broad range of sectors. You will undertake a predominately advisory tax role in corporate and M&A tax. This means that you will be able to advise and assist these businesses throughout their lifecycle and develop that client relationship.

The structure of the team is unique as it's a small, culture-driven 'family' but has the wider support of the business to assist on large engagements. You will also be able to tailor your role to include past tax experience or areas you want to develop, for example R&D tax work if desired.

You ideally need to be CTA or ACA qualified with experience working with OMBs and mid-sized UK businesses. Thus, corporate tax and personal tax experience is advantageous. The Directors are open to informal chats and part-qualified professionals will also be considered.
