The company are currently looking for a tax compliance manager where you will deal with a range of entities and get involved in a number of interesting projects.

Your new role

You will work closely with colleagues in the tax and finance functions within the group, as well as colleagues throughout the business, to contribute to, and manage elements of, the smooth operation of the corporate tax compliance function. Demonstrates knowledge of tax concepts, applies tax knowledge to situations, and discusses complex tax issues with the tax team, advisers and finance, as appropriate. Helps develop and coach other members of the tax team. Supports the Global Corporate Tax function, contributing to global tax compliance and processes, critical for the needs of the company. The role requires strong analytical and reconciliation skills, dependability, and organisation skills with accurate attention to detail. This role works with multiple teams, in the UK, EMEA, APAC and the US.

What you'll need to succeed

You will preferably hold a professional accounting qualification or a professional tax qualification. You will have proven experience in corporate tax compliance gained either within the profession or in a similar role in industry, you will be an excellent communicator, able to interact at all levels and be fully proficient is MS Office, including Excel. You will have proven organisation skills, be tenacious, decisive, flexible and quick and anticipates needs and problems while creating solutions. You will demonstrate a sense of urgency, contagious optimism and a "can do" attitude. Finally, you will be strategic and forward thinking and have change mindset.
