Tax Transformation Manager - Global Media and Entertainment company

This global media and entertainment company has a unique opportunity for a Tax Transformation Manager to work on the largest global programme, currently taking place within the business. The project is about redesigning how the company works and interacts through their people, HR, Finance and Production Finance processes and systems. This is a key role and on the project team, designing future tax processes and ways of working supported by the implementation of new systems and technology across the company globally.

In this role. you will be involved in the following:

- To assist the Tax GPO in the delivery of the tax vision in the transformation project.

- Ensure the solution design complies with current HMRC legislation and guidance.

- Work with the system integrator and the software provider to ensure the optimum solution for the tax function.

To be a successful candidates in thius role, you will have experience of transformation projects, with the ability to drive change through collaboration. You will be commercial and pragmatic when dealing with complex issues and willing to be flexible as scope, deadlines and deliverables shift during the project.

You will be self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and the ablity to influence and engage with the tax and broader finance personnel.
