Interim international Tax & Transfer Pricing Director - UK Work From Home

Our client, a PE backed Global manufacturing business are looking for an Interim international Tax & Transfer Pricing Director for an initial 12 month period which could be converted into a permanent role/ may also be a permanent role initially. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following;

Key responsibilities:

· Support with projects including restructuring, review of supply and value chain as well as setting up a new tax reporting system

· Advise on all aspects of international tax including M&A

· Implement and manage reporting processes, including outsourcing tender processes

· Review and evaluation of tax control processes and tax risks

· Creation of Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing and strategy

Candidate Profile

· Qualified accountant and tax advisor

· Senior Management experience

· Extensive corporate tax experience in an international, complex tax function

· Substantial experience in M&A tax issues, tax structuring, and transfer pricing.

· A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills who is also a proactive problem solver

· Fluent English: German is an advantage.
