Your new company
My clients are a Top 10 Accountancy firm with a successful and high performing tax team working across all aspects of tax. Now seeking to recruit at Associate level into their personal tax team with specific focus upon a specialist client base.
Your new role
Managing a portfolio of clients, you will provide compliance and advisory services liaising regularly with the clients themselves as well as HMRC. You will be involved in producing tax returns, reviewing pension calculations, and annual allowances, reviewing capital gains tax and property accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be at least AAT qualified and will have gained relevant experience calculating and submitting tax returns for self employed individuals and partnerships. Experience dealing with medical clients would be beneficial but not essential. You will ideally be competently able to manage work to meet deadlines, communicate professionally and effectively with clients and provide tax advice. You will be able to undertake necessary tax research, liaise with colleagues and act as a valuable team member.
