UK & European Tax Manager - B2B Technology

Integral Search are currently partnered with a globally established technology business who are looking to hire a newly created role within their UK business, leading tax management of the UK and European business.

Reporting directly into the local leadership team and the VP Tax in the US HQ, this is a key role in the global business supporting the development of tax management across all disciplines for the UK and European business.

Responsibilities of the UK and European Tax Manager include:
- Supporting on group tax management and reporting for the listed entity, working with external advisors to support on tax provisions, reporting and payments.
- UK Corporate tax support and both UK and European quarterly tax payments management
- Advising on tax implications of M&A and restructuring activity within the group
- Monitor international guidelines on Transfer Pricing and local country documentation and reporting requirements
- Oversee UK indirect tax management filings with support of external advisors
- Assist with internal controls and US tax reporting requirements, including FIN48 and FD11

Applicants should be post-qualified tax professionals (ACA/ACCA) with experience in UK and European tax management. CTA Qualification would also be an advantage.
