A really exciting opportunity to join a multinational business within the entertainment industry based in London as a Group Tax Manager.

Reporting to the Group Head of Tax, you will have responsibility for tax reporting, tax forecasting, UK tax compliance and will also gain exposure on a wide range of other tax matters such as assisting with tax risk management, transfer pricing and managing tax legislation updates and broader global tax reform.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax reporting and forecasting

* Year-end tax consolidation under IFRS for the group accounts
* Liaison and clearing queries with external auditors
* Quarterly UK tax reporting and review of quarterly tax reporting for key overseas territories
* Tax disclosures for inclusion in the financial statements of all UK entities
* Reviewing and providing input to the tax forecasts prepared for LRP and Budgets for all Territories (4-5 times per year)
* Reviewing and providing input to the cash tax forecasting for all Territories

UK tax compliance

* Managing the preparation of the UK corporation tax computations alongside the external tax consultant for all UK entities
* Capital allowances analysis
* CIR calculations and annual returns
* WHT reporting on external debt

Other responsibilities

* Assisting with tax enquiries, business risk reviews and tax audits
* Managing cross border cost charges
* Updating transfer pricing documentation (Master File and Local File) and supporting the Group Head of Tax on updating the Group's transfer pricing model
* Maintaining the UK tax risk register and assist with tax governance initiatives such as CCO
* Assisting the Group Head of Tax with acquisitions, business restructurings, cash repatriation, tax planning and managing the impact of tax reforms such as the BEPS 2.0 initiatives (Pillar 1 and Pillar 2)
