In-House Corporate Tax Manager. Multiple UK locations or Remote

Working for a large UK Headquartered Group and reporting to the Head of Tax, this is a newly created role that can be a succession plan for the Head of Tax in the medium term. The role has a wide remit encompassing a genuine mix of compliance management (outsourced), reporting and advisory work. The Group is highly acquisitive and plan to float in the next 4 years. Specific responsibilities include:

* Lead the outsourced corporation tax compliance cycle, designing and implementing new processes, procedures and controls to ensure all returns are submitted accurately and on time
* Work with the Group Head of Tax and Tax Advisor on strategic matters such as CCO, SAO and M&A.
* Preparation of tax provisions for Group entities

The role has a really broad remit where you will gain a huge amount of exposure across a number of projects and through a potential IPO. The location of the role is highly flexible as they have offices throughout the UK from Southampton to Newcastle and can accommodate remote working.
