One of our global consulting clients is looking for a Deals Advisory Tax Assistant Manager to work in their Deals team; prior knowledge or experience of Deals is not a prerequisite but ideally you will have worked in a UK corporate tax team.
As a Deals Tax Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for building client relationships, preparing and overseeing UK and International tax technical advice, working in time with deadlines and supporting junior staff members. The transactional nature of clients in the deals sector provides a great opportunity for you to gain exposure to tax technical advisory work that extends beyond deals tax.
To be considered for this position, you need to be ACCA/ICAEW/ICAS/CAI or CTA qualified with UK corporate tax experience. Experience in leadership and coaching is preferable and having great communication skills is necessary. They are also looking for someone who is inquisitive and asks intelligent questions.
