Head of Tax, London, £120, 000 + Benefits

My client is a stalwart of the retail space, and is looking to appoint a senior tax professional to lead the UK business. This role will be based in London, and will take ownership for all areas of tax. You will be responsible for process improvement, and the redesign of procedures across the tax ream, with a significant eye on compliance and reporting matters. You will oversee a small team, and will offer mentorship and guidance to these talented individuals as they progress in their career. There will also be major focus will be on advisory projects across direct and indirect tax and acting as a strategic business partner to non-tax stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an established Head of Tax elsewhere, or will be in a Senior Leadership role within a large tax function. A salary of £120,000 + Benefits is on offer, as well as the chance to progress within an internationally regarded group.
