Corporate Tax Manager, London, to £65k

As a result of sustained growth within the corporate tax division of this leading international firm, a challenging and exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished corporate tax manager to undertake an important leadership role.

As a key part of the position, you will provide corporate tax advisory service to clients, which includes corporate reorganisations, group tax planning, acquisitions and disposals, transfer pricing, international tax planning and shareholder exit strategies.

You will be exposed to a range of client sectors, which includes a number of companies within the financial services and insurance arena, although expertise in these areas is not essential.

In addition, you will be responsible for leading the corporate tax team and assisting the partner in winning business, both by proactively managing and maintaining relationships with a high quality client service as well as contributing to new business.

Ideally, you will hold the ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification and possess strong corporate tax advisory skills, an aptitude for leadership and an appetite to spot the opportunity for winning business.
