This is an exciting time to join this London Based Top 20 Corporate Tax team, due to client wins they are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join this established team. They have a vision for the team to create a clear development programme that will ensure excellent career opportunities within the team and improved client services. Many of their Partners have progressed within the business from the junior ranks.
The successful candidate for this role will have a chance to play an active part in the transformation offering accelerated advancement and involvement in projects outside of a normal remit. Their traditional clientele is a real mix. As a result, this allows the Corporate Tax team to be purely consultancy based and you can expect to have a split of 80% advisory and 20% compliance. The nature of work tends to be completely project based and offers a very diverse role as you will get involved in all aspects of corporate tax advisory including R&D, EMI, Transaction Tax, structuring of employment packages and transfer pricing.
They want a Corporate Tax Manager who can grasp ownership of client relationships who can drive opportunities plus manage compliance risk and work in progress. This person will be hands on particularly in their approach to managing others.
