International Tax Manager, Global Role, London, to £70k

An exciting and increasingly rare International Tax Manager role has just become available for an innovative and globally respected Consultancy firm based in central London. With a large element of Advisory exposure, this role is a rare thing in the current market.

In this newly reformed and critical International Tax Manager position you will be responsible for the management of the Group's tax affairs in particular as it relates to UK and international operations. You will also be responsible for overseeing global compliance and to assist with the management of the group's tax affairs in relevant jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

* Management and oversight of UK tax compliance; production and review of returns
* Project manage the Global compliance (including final sign off), through effective relationships with in country finance and advisory firms where necessary, including UKMEA, Europe, East Asia, Australasia and Americas
* Lead Global Tax year end process, with a strong focus on Tax provisioning
* Proactively look to improve and streamline the overall global compliance process
* Support the International Senior Tax Manager in transactions, project advice and ad hoc issues

Key requirements

* ACA, CTA or equivalent experience
* Strong tax technical skills across all areas of Corporation Tax
* Ability to drive change
* DTR and tax treaty analysis experience an asset
* An understanding of project accounting and the impact of Corporate Tax
