About the opportunity
Possessing a strong greater Tax practice, the firm's Global Mobility team has an opening for a Manager to join focusing on Equity Incentives and Rewards. This is a Manager opportunity that provides the scope for career progression for strong career minded practitioners.
About you
To be considered a strong candidate for this Manager role, you will have the following qualifications and experience, and tailor your resume to highlight these accordingly:
- Experience in executive remuneration, particularly design and implementation of employee share plans and long term incentive plans
- Ability to provide rewards advice to a broad range of local and overseas organisations
- Experience on advising listed and private companies on remuneration aspects of IPO's and transactions
- CA qualification or qualified tax lawyer (holding current practicing certificate)
- Tax advisory experience in a large CA firm or Tax Law firm
- Strong experience in advisory, business development and client facing work
- Strong team player: excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, exceptional leadership and motivational approach, commitment to developing high performing team
- Experience in guiding, training and mentoring junior staff
