M&A Tax leadership role based in Germany

We are engaged by a leading professional services firm who are seeking to appoint a number of Transaction/M&A Tax senior professionals across the German market.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding tax practice with positions now available across Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf and Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities

• The main focus of the role will be to build the business, client relationships, and team and well as involves a broad range of M&A tax transactions.
• This opportunity presents exposure to some of the leading multinational organisations, as well as mid-market PE backed transactions.

Personal Qualities/Experience

• To be successful you will need to currently be working in the position of Senior Manager, Director or Partner with a ‘Big 4’ or mid–tier firm, and have extensive transaction tax experience.
• The ability to speak German would be essential for the role.
