About you
You will be the compliance leader heading a fast growing EMEA VAT compliance business. In partnership with product management, you will drive the product direction, ensuring the domain expertise and knowledge within the team is brought to the table, and ensuring the platform supports the global tax needs of the customers.
You will be the thought-leader in how internal, automation can redefine compliance and expand the level and quality of service provided to customers, you will drive innovation for Indirect tax content, looking objectively at tools and process within indirect compliance, and teaming across wider team and function, to transform content development producing best in breed tools and processes. You will be responsible for managing a global team of professionals, who will be acquiring, designing, building, testing and deploying content on the VAT compliance solution.
The requirements
• 10-15+ years’ experience in the tax and accounting, especially around ERP, software tools, implementation /automation
• Extensive experience in business process definition and optimization, KPI Development and execution and deployment of technology
initiatives
• A desire to redefine the compliance process, envisioning a future with automation and technology.
