Corporate Tax Associate - International Law Firm

We are currently working with a leading international law firm who are keen to add tax associates into several of their offices around the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major law firm for a tax lawyer who does not necessarily want to live or work in London. The team work in a broad range of markets, including the private, public, and third sectors on both a national and international level, and provide advice on a wide variety of tax matters. These include M&A and Real Estate transactions, group restructuring and reorganisations, the structuring of corporate finance, the resolution of contentious tax matters, and the devising of employee benefit and share schemes.

The firm offers a competitive salary and is highly regarded for its commitment to employee satisfaction. They are flexible in terms of both PQE (ideally 3-6 years, but will consider 0-7 years) and location.

The successful candidate will:
• Be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, from NQ level up to 7 years PQE
• Have experience working as a corporate tax professional in a large commercial law firm or chartered accounting firm
• Have an excellent technical understanding of corporate taxation
