Head of Tax & Treasury, Leeds, Yorkshire, to £70k + car

Marks Sattin is working exclusively with a Leeds based organisation who have created a new role and are now recruiting for a Tax & Treasury Manager.

As a result of a recent restructure, this high profile role has been created to lead the Tax and treasury activities of the business. Provided with full autonomy, you will be tasked with driving process and system changes to enable a more streamlined approach as well as raising awareness across divisions.

Gaining exposure to the CFO and senor stakeholders, you will be providing strategic, technical and commercial tax advice to the business and have an interest to learn the Treasury elements of the role. In the role you will:-

* Develop and implement the group's tax strategy
* Understand implications of changes in tax legislation and developments, plan and implement accordingly.
* Managing banking and investor relationships
* Develop working capitalk reporting , including short term and long term cash forecasting.

You will be fully qualified (CTA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and have the ability to bring a commercial view on tax accounting and have an interest in developing your treasury knowledge. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape this new role in an exciting business in Yorkshire.
