OneGM is a national business with teams based in London and across the UK. We help our clients move their people across the globe, dealing with everything from collecting compensation data to allow the compliance specialists to prepare the UK Tax returns to redesigning an organisations mobility programme to better retain key talent and developing new app based technology for our clients.

We need a Manager to join our business based in London but working collaboratively on clients with colleagues across our national team We can provide you with the opportunity to work in multiple teams managing the delivery of services to our clients to agreed deadlines and within agreed budgets.

Our clients include CEO’s, FD’s and HRD’s who look to us to work in Partnership with them to deliver first class mobility programmes using technology to deliver cost effective programmes with an unrivalled experience for their assignees. Our clients range from organisations who are just starting to expand operations and move their people to new territories to well known names with mature programmes looking for innovative ways to enhance their offering.

Our client base is a mix of large and small companies and UK listed/unlisted companies. Our clients operate in a wide range of industries, including Automotive, Engineering, Consumer Products, Oil and Gas, Public Sector, Financial Services and Technology. These clients also operate in many territories around the world resulting in cross border issues that may require you to work closely with global colleagues to provide a global solution. The day to day contact you will have with your clients’ key stakeholders means that you will have the opportunity to build solid relationships, and be their trusted advisor.About the roleIn this role you’ll:We are looking for a Manager with mobility experience and tax knowledge who enjoys working in multiple teams, wants to get stuck in and is quick to learn. You are encouraged to build and grow your relationships and global networks within the team and with your clients.

As part of the People & Organisiation business we are considered the anchor service in P&O and you will have responsibility for spotting and nurturing opportunities to introduce other P&O colleagues to our clients – this provides you with an opportunity to be part of broad business conversations with clients and build your personal networks with PwC specialists in Employment Tax, Reward, Pensions, Immigration and Human Resource Management.

Essential skills and experience

Professional Accounting / Tax qualification (ATT / CTA / ACA) with UK expatriate tax experience.
Experience of working in an international assignment services team either within a boutique tax firm, accountancy firm or in house.
Experience of building and maintaining relationship with clients and provide high levels of client service.
Experience of assisting in managing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring technical excellence.
Experience of assisting in managing the responsibility for and communicating with a mixed portfolio of clients varying from large engagements to HNW individuals with complex international tax affairs.
Preferably experience in reviewing UK tax returns for technical accuracy, completeness and risk.
Experience in assisting with coaching and developing junior staff.

You may need to travel to other offices and to visit clients as required.
