Corporate Tax Manager, North Yorkshire

With a strong national presence and an established footprint in North Yorkshire, this firm of accountants is looking to hire a talented and technically capable CTA/ACA qualified Corporate Tax Manager.

In this role, you will be tasked with managing a portfolio of corporate OMBs and smaller quoted companies, taking responsibility for their corporate tax compliance requirements and assisting with tax planning and advisory assignments when required.

Your workload will be quite varied and will include handling aspects such as company restructuring, group tax and property planning, R&D tax credits, Capital Allowances and transfer pricing.

You will be a good people manager, as this position will involve managing and mentoring some of the junior team members, reviewing their work and providing them with guidance when needed.

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be a strong communicator, interested in assisting with marketing initiatives, attending seminars and networking functions on occasions too.
