Are you looking for a new challenge? This thriving organisation prides itself on offering each of its employees the chance to build the career they want. It's culture relies on individuals who are full of energy and enthusiasm, open to new ideas and people, and those who can thrive in an environment where people work with diverse teams. The mobility function is responsible for supporting clients to manage complex compliance, reporting and risks that are inherent in deploying a globally mobile workforce. As a key part of this, you will be given the chance to develop client relationships early on in your career and be involved in the day to day delivery and management of issues above and beyond tax compliance and advisory. You will be expected to identify opportunities and manage expectations; ensure the successful delivery of tax projects and coach/motivate more junior employees to progress their careers. To succeed, you will require significant expatriate tax experience gained either at a Big 4 or Tier A firm. Individuals with in-house experience will also be considered. You will receive a wealth of opportunities, benefits, programmes and policies to help you succeed in all elements of your life as recognition and reward for the value you offer to the company.
