Tax Partner Designate / Partner - Liverpool

Our client, a respected go-ahead firm, is looking to recruit a senior tax specialist with a corporate tax background to a key senior role within the firm. This varied and interesting role will involve a mix of tax advisory work, client relationship management and business development. The firm focuses on advising entrepreneurial OMB clients, has many significant large corporate clients, and also a very successful and highly regarded corporate finance team (which advises on a steady stream of transactions which require tax structuring advice). Our client is very flexible and is open to either recruiting an established tax partner or an ambitious candidate with aspirations to make partner in a small number of years. You will have strong broadly-based tax experience with an emphasis on corporation tax and an accounting background would also be useful. Alternatively, you may be more of a general practitioner / business advisor with excellent tax experience and a desire to focus further on tax advisory work. The role will also involve playing an active role in business development and networking locally. This is a key appointment for the firm and a great opportunity if you are an ambitious self-starter with a positive approach.
