They are respected leaders across the mid-market with UK revenues close to £400m. You will be joining an energetic and dedicated team of professionals advising on design, tax, market practice, corporate governance, regulatory and accounting aspects of management incentive structures.

You will be an experienced leader with solid technical ability and interpersonal skills advising on the tax, legal, regulatory and corporate governance aspects of remuneration arrangements for UK clients. With several years experience working in practice at one of the Big 4 or possibly a law firm, you will be looking to secure an opportunity within a supportive and creative work environment where people are encouraged and empowered to deliver results.

ACA/CTA qualified, however applications from qualified solicitors will also be considered. Extensive project management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are prerequisites for the role.
