Personal Tax Senior Manager, flexible working options

This leading practice provides a full service private client tax offering to a top quality and complex client base of non-dom and ultra HNW clients, including their trusts and offshore structures.
As Senior Manager, you will have responsibility for a portfolio of clients, reviewing compliance and managing and mentoring junior members of the team to assist in their development. In addition, you will work either independently or closely with partners and other senior members of the team on tax planning matters including for example CGT and IHT planning, onshore and offshore trusts and structures and domicile planning.
It would suit an experienced manager or existing senior manager with the ability to manage a complex portfolio, juggling priorities and deadlines. You will enjoy liaising with clients and delivering a highly professional service as well as supporting your colleagues and working closely as a team with both senior and junior team members.
The firm is flexible in its approach so an element of home working or possibly a part time arrangement could be considered.
Although you will be expected to have the technical knowledge to manage the day to day aspects of the portfolio management, you will be working closely with a partner who is skilled at coaching. This will not only benefit both your technical development but will also enable you to witness client relationship skills, networking, business development etc. first hand and will be hugely beneficial.
